Welcome to Spillers’ Farm Store. Whether it’s Abby that greets you – or owners Jim and Jeannine Spiller – the welcome is always warm and friendly at the Wells destination, located at 1054 Branch Road. Offering up fresh produce, meats and delectable pizzas and sub sandwiches, Spillers’ Farm Store is a local favorite.

The store opened in 1984, expanding upon Jim’s family’s farm (just up the road), which was established in 1967. The fresh produce sold at Spillers’ still comes from the family farm, and is complemented by fruits and vegetables from other local farms.

“We offer really high-quality goods at reasonable prices,” Jim says. “Our overhead here at the store is really low, so we are able to pass on savings to our customers.”

Abby’s head tilts to the side as she listens to the as yet unseen customer walk toward the coffee counter. And then it’s as if she recognizes the footsteps – for she’s off – racing to the man who mirrors her eagerness in seeing one another. As the golden retriever brushes up against him, he pets her and laughs.
